As a part of Qatar Insurance Company’s commitment to support its share price and enhance shareholders value, the Board of Directors approved buyback of its own shares up to QR 500 million.

This buyback is subject to obtaining the approvals from regulatory authorities and Qatar Central Bank (QCB), in accordance with rules and procedures of Qatar Financial Market Authority (QFMA) no. 1 for the year 2006.
